How to order from abroad
We work with the diaspora in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and beyond. The whole process can be done remotely:
- Remote measurement: we guide you through measuring via video call, or you send us the dimensions and photos of the space.
- Design and 3D: after receiving the measurements, we create a plan and 3D visualization. The agreed solution forms the basis for a precise quotation.
- Delivery and installation: we arrange delivery and installation, depending on the location.
- Payment: by agreement (typically a deposit, the rest on completion).
- Warranty: 2 years on workmanship and hardware, the same as for local customers.
