Privacy Policy

Adaptiva Design, a furniture-making workshop based in Modriča, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact email: info@adaptiva.ba. We are the only entity that collects and processes your personal data through this website.

• Contact data: name, email address and phone number that you provide via the contact form or direct communication.
• Session data: when accessing the administrative part of the website (if you have an account), we store the data required for authentication (JWT tokens) and authorization.
• Cookie: we store your theme preference (light/dark) in the browser's local storage (localStorage). This does not involve any third-party tracking.
• Conversations with the assistant Ivana: if you use the chat with our virtual assistant (AI), we record questions and answers to improve the service and for possible contact. The chat is anonymous; we record your name and contact only if you leave them yourself (so that we can contact you). Only the owner has access to this data.
• Anonymous visit statistics: we record which pages of the site were visited, the device type (mobile or computer) and which page you came from (e.g. Google). We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not record IP addresses or anything that can personally identify you. We respect the browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and for any further communication related to the project. Administrators access the data solely for the purpose of managing the site's content and running the business. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Supabase: we use Supabase for database hosting and authentication. Your data is stored on secure servers within the EU.
• Google Maps: to display the location on the Contact page we use Google Maps. When that page loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set cookies and collect certain data about the visit in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• jsDelivr (3D view): to display 3D models of projects we use a library from the jsDelivr CDN. When that script loads, your browser establishes a connection to the CDN (without cookies).
• Anthropic (AI): the chat with the assistant Ivana is processed by Anthropic, a provider of AI models. The messages you send in the chat are forwarded to their service to generate the responses.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: you may request a copy of all the data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure: you may request the deletion of all your personal data.
• Right to rectification: you may request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to data portability: we can provide your data to you in a structured format.

For all requests, please contact us by email: info@adaptiva.ba. We will respond within 30 days.

We keep contact data received through inquiries for a maximum of 12 months. If there is no further communication or business relationship during that period, we delete the data. Authentication data (tokens) is temporary and expires after a certain period of inactivity. The theme preference is stored solely in your browser and is not sent to the server.
